If within your first 60 days of using eSchedule you are not 100% satisfied with our services, you can request a full refund of all fees paid (including license fees). No questions asked.

Cancel after 60 days and you won't be charged again

If you cancel your account we will not charge you again. However, you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 20th of every month, and you cancel on the 22nd, you'll still have to pay for the current month, but you won't be charged again after that. We treat everyone equally and therefore no exceptions will be made.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account by clicking the "unsubscribe" button on your eSchedule company profile (only accessible by your company administrator). You can also send us a request via email support@eschedule.ca or give us a call at 1-800-276-5167 and we'll take care of everything for you.
